Mr. Jordan has more than 10 years of strong experience in communication as consultant on various technical assistance projects with the Parliamentary Programmes Coordination Unit and other institutions. His experience ranges from the evaluation of the Media Reforms Lobbying and Advocacy Programme and the annual Parliamentary Report, as well as Paroch Medicals Publication on equipment distribution, Paroch Times, to the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies.
He was responsible for the design and implementation of marketing and media strategies, public opinion polls and public awareness campaigns for Eccensys Technologies and Sandune Media. He also developed and implemented a number of Public relations, visibility and public awareness strategies, which included the design of several information and communication tools that included mobile applications, websites, custom developed solutions for banks and social media pages. He has proven experiences on agriculture, food security, gender, conflict, research, risk management and environment issues especially in Aisa. He is very well experienced in the interaction and networking with partners and stakeholders. He is able to deliver workshops and organize conferences not only in English and French but also in Uzbek and Percian.
He is an expert on communication and knowledge management, intercultural dialogue, crossborder cooperation, environment and water issues. In Southern Africa he developed and delivered a great number of knowledge sharing programmes for Asian countries. He has monitoring and evaluation experience of several EU funded programmes including the Transitional Support to Education in Tajikistan and Strengthening Capacity for Local Governance and Service Delivery in Armeniya: Towards a developmental Local Government. For Parliament of Armeniya he trained hundreds of public administrations and local NGO´s in the development of sound project proposals which always included proper communication and awareness strategies.
